Our First Meeting
Often you aren't sure what will transpire at our first meeting. If you have pictures from a magazine or from a website, please bring the pictures with you. This will help determine what type of atmosphere you are trying to create. It will also tell me about your style, what you like and what you don't like.
If there are other areas in which you need names of vendors, I will be happy to supply names to you. I only give names of vendors that I have actually seen their work performed.
After our meeting I will make you a quote on everything we talked about. I don't offer packages because I don't feel every client wants an entire package and I customize your decor to your needs. Each item on the quote will have its own individual pricing so you can see what each item costs. That often helps stay within the budget because you can do process of elimination by what is more important for you to have at your event. After reviewing your quote, you can call or email, whichever works best for you, with any questions.
Should you decide to hire Joyous Occasions Decorating, I will then revise the quote with any changes and make it an invoice. I will send 2 copies to you - 1 for you to retain for your records and 1 for you to sign and return to me with a 20% deposit.
