My mom and I cannot thank you enough for doing such a wonderful job decorating my ceremony/reception site. You not only met our expectations but you exceeded them. All of your decorations were absolutely breathtaking. All of my family and friends could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was decorated. I appreciated the fact that you kept true to the vision I had in my mind but you also provided valuable input when I was unsure about something.
I recommend Joy for your wedding event for numerous reasons. Joy is a hard worker, reliable, trustworthy, and creative. I feel Joy is a hard worker because she goes above and beyond her duties without overstepping her bounds. Joy stayed at the reception site to make sure everything ran smoothly. She informed me that my cake was late, which was not necessary for her to do. She also had a back-up plan if the cake did not arrive. Luckily, the cake did show up and it was just late but this was just and example to demonstrate how Joy really is there for you.
She was also a good communicator and would respond promptly to my emails and phone calls. She also met with me in person several times when necessary to go over the fine details for my wedding day. Joy is also very creative and has a flair for style. She did an amazing job decorating everything and her portfolio demonstrates what an amazing job she does do.
In summation, a wedding can be a very stressful processes but it is reassuring to have vendors like Joy work for you because you know that the job will not only get done but that the job will be done right (or even better than you imagined!). I want to thank you again for making my wedding day so memorable. I will never forget it!
